Can't Sleep? Your body may be too TOXIC!

Achieving Trance

Recent research has proven that getting into a very deep trance is not necessary for the effects of hypnotherapy to work.  You can achieve considerable success with a very light trance.  If you have closed your eyes and taken a few deep breaths while sunbathing, resting but not sleeping, you have achieved an acceptable level of consciousness for effective hypnotherapy.  In fact, the methods I teach will allow you to sunbathe and work on your goals at the same time.  Then when you're up and about, you'll naturally start making decisions to move in your chosen direction.

The dictionary defines hypnosis as "A state that resembles sleep but is induced by a hypnotizer whose suggestions are readily accepted by the person being hypnotized, or any various conditions that resemble sleep."  This definition seems to be more consistent with our television inspired visions of hypnosis, where the person on the stage seems to be at the mercy of the hypnotist.  This largely false idea of hypnosis is what has kept people from embracing the power of the subconscious mind over recent years.  We've been led to believe that someone else is in total control when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. See Hypnotherapy Defined for more information on exactly how it all works.

The fact is that you are always in control of what you do, although it's true that some of us are more susceptible to suggestion than others.  Each of us responds to hypnotherapy at our own pace, but this is true with everything we attempt.  Regardless of your response time, one thing is certain--the sooner you start, the quicker you will achieve your goals.

YOU have the Power!
